Barbeque Pork Chops

  • Family pack pork chops
  • 3 large potatoes
  • Barbecue sauce

Wash and season pork chops. Cut and salt potatoes. Combine chops and potatoes in long pan. Cover with foil, adding about 1/2 cup water. Bake at 350° about 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. When done, pour barbecue sauce over meat and potatoes and bake 10 minutes longer.
