Chicken-Rice Casserole

  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 lbs raw chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup
  • 3 cups water
  • Dot with butter

Cover pan with foil and bake at 350°. Do not uncover.
