Fruit Cocktail Cake

Cake

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 can (regular size) fruit cocktail
  • 2 eggs

Frosting

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small can Pet milk

Mix eggs, sugar, soda, flour and fruit cocktail together. Bake in 350° oven. Can bake in 2 round pans or 1 oblong pan.

Frosting:

Boil 3 minutes. Then add 1 can of coconut and 1 cup of chopped pecans. Pour over cake. This is a very simple recipe, but looks and tastes delicious.
