Texas Yum Yum Cake

  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 small instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding

Mix melted oleo, flour and pecans. Press into pans and bake 20 minutes or until brown. This is the crust. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Place on top of crust. Mix chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding with milk. Beat well and place on second layer. Top with Cool Whip, if desired. Chill.
