Butterscotch Squares (Cookies)

  • 1/4 cup oleo, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Mix in order given. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cut in squares or bars.
