Oatmeal Krispies

  • 1 cup oleo, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, salt and soda. Mix with sugar, then add oatmeal and nuts. Divide dough and shape into 2 long rolls. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. Slice as needed and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
