Lemon Butter Cookies

Crust:

  • 1/2 cup oleo; softened
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Mix together. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

Filling:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice

Mix all together. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until set. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
