Sausage Rolls

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 lb sausage, cooked and drained

Make dough with first 6 ingredients. Roll on floured board. Sprinkle on sausage and roll in jelly roll fashion. Cut in 1/2 inch slices. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until light brown.
