Sausage and Cheese Dip

Crumble up 2 pounds sausage (hot or regular); fry and drain. Melt 2 pounds Velveeta cheese slowly. Add:

  • Tabasco sauce to suit taste (1/2 to 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
  • 1 large can Pet milk
  • 1 medium jar minced pimento
  • 1 package dry garlic salad mix

Add all ingredients together. Heat. Serve in chafing dish with Tostitos.
