Crumble up 2 pounds sausage (hot or regular); fry and drain. Melt 2 pounds Velveeta cheese slowly. Add:
- Tabasco sauce to suit taste (1/2 to 1 teaspoon)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 1 medium jar minced pimento
- 1 package dry garlic salad mix
Add all ingredients together. Heat. Serve in chafing dish with Tostitos.
