Mama’s Pecan Pie

This is the best Pecan Pie you will ever eat. (Debbie)

  • 1 cup white Karo Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp margarine melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 19 inch unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400°. Reduce the temperature to 350° and bake for 50 – 55 minutes or until firm.
